Unreturned Calls #
The unreturned calls view provides details about any missed calls that your business or team have not yet returned. It is accessed through this icon on the main menu:
Any external, incoming call to your business which was not answered AND has not been returned will be displayed in this view. Calls are grouped by the number called, so if a caller has rung multiple times, the age of the oldest attempt will be shown.
To call back a missed call, simply click the '...' icon on and select 'Call' from the menu.

Calls will not be removed from the grid until the call back has been completed.
