Personal Dashboard Features Overview #
The Personal Dashboard features of ~.UcClient.~ provide an additional view of your own and your teams'/company's activity. The dashboard is made up of a series of features which can be hidden or shown depending on your requirements.

Personal Dashboard visibility is controlled by server-side permissions and your assigned client profile.
Dashboard Tiles #
View up to 4 tiles at a time, each tile can be configured to show different information. You can be assigned access to 1 or more dashboard views, allowing you to switch between seeing the analytics for different area of your business.

Tiles and stats are configured centrally, please contact your administrator for more information.
Queue Grid #
If you are an ACD Agent, the queue grid provides a live view of the status of all the queues you are a member of.
Unreturned Calls #
This view provides details about any missed calls that your business or team have not yet returned.
